Verdict - The call handler I was eventually put through to who handled the Lucozade side of things was very polite and friendly. However, considering that this is a big launch for Lucozade and backed by a substantial investment, I would think the customer care team would have been briefed on the range. I was told someone would email me with details and to check the website, but as even the GSK staff knew little about the launch, sticking with Maximuscle seemed to be the best decision for the foreseeable future.
