Weight Watchers/Leo Burnett

This nice series of three 10-second spots for WeightWatchers, called "garden", "living room" and "kitchen" and showing everyday "heroes", have a touch of the action movie and Levi's "odyssey" about them, which is a good thing. As dieters prepared to tuck into something that looks calorific, their loved ones dive in slow motion to stop them but miss every time. One woman slides down the table as her intended victim simply lifts her food and calmly says to camera: "It's WeightWatchers". The ads were written and art directed by Nick Pringle and Clark Edwards. Direction was by Dougal Wilson through Blink. Media planning and buying is handled by Starcom Motive.
