Terry Semel has resigned as the chief executive of Yahoo! following a series of poor financial results. Jerry Yang, the company's co-founder, will replace him. Susan Decker, Yahoo!'s chief financial officer, has been made president, while Semel will stay on as a non-executive chairman and an advisor.
