Stephen Whyte, the former chief executive of McCann Erickson London, has been appointed by the marketing communications specialist Acxiom as its chief executive for Europe. Whyte will be responsible for leading Acxiom across the region, in particular helping the company develop its consumer insight programmes. Whyte spent four years, from 2004, as the chief executive of McCann Erickson.
