Richard Huntingford, the chief executive of Chrysalis Group, has been made the non-executive chairman of Virgin Radio, as it gears up for a stock market flotation in the autumn. The company has also hired Rosemary Thorne and David Palmer as a senior independent director and the chief financial officer.
