Rob Farmer, a former partner at CHI & Partners, has joined Freeview in the newly created role of director of marketing communications. Farmer will lead the digital TV service's integrated marketing and aim to drive sales of Freeview Playback. The company has also promoted Liz Reynolds to director of strategy and new product development.
