The Week: People news - Cagney chief Simons quits

Paul Simons, the chief executive of the marketing services group Cagney, has left the company. Simons, a former chief executive of Ogilvy & Mather and founder of Simons Palmer Denton Clemmow Johnson, plans to spend some time outside the industry. He will be succeeded by Steve Mattey, the founder of the data company Tree London, which Cagney bought last year.
