The Week: Media News - Murdoch to test web fees

Rupert Murdoch may charge users to read The Times' and The Sun's online content, on the back of the success of charging for The Wall Street Journal's online business news.

Murdoch will be the first head of a non-financial newspaper group to charge consumers for online content. He said News Corp would test the pay model on one of its stronger titles, and any changes could be implemented by the end of the year.
