Dennis Publishing is close to finalising the sale of its US magazines Maxim, Stuff and Blender to the private equity company Quadrangle Group for an estimated $250 million (£125.4 million). The Dennis founder and owner, Felix Dennis, put the magazines on the block in February, but is retaining the US version of The Week. It is unclear whether Maxim's international editions will be included.
