The Week: DLKW lands Mirror Group and House of Fraser accounts

Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners has picked up the advertising accounts for the House of Fraser and the Mirror Group.

The department store appointed DLKW to its £7 million business following a pitch against Beechwood, Adam & Eve and the incumbent, Hooper Galton. St Luke's was knocked out at an earlier stage. The agency will begin working on House of Fraser's autumn campaign immediately.

In the same week, the Mirror Group handed its £3 million account to the agency after a final pitch, handled by the AAR, against Karmarama. DLKW takes over from M&C Saatchi, which resigned the business in March after 12 years, when the review was originally called.

DLKW's brief is to create work across various channels to reflect the Mirror brand's recent redesign and move to colour.

Richard Webb, the managing director of Mirror Group, said: "We have found a partner that understands both the heritage of the Mirror and its potential."
