The Week: City News - Publicis' revenue shrinks

Publicis Groupe, led by the chairman, Maurice Levy, has announced that the company's revenue shrank by 5.3 per cent during the third quarter of 2009, to EUR1.05 billion.

It also said organic growth dropped by 7.4 per cent compared with the third quarter last year. However, a company statement said: "The advertising market is clearly starting its recovery, which will be slow and progressive."
