Bauer Media is holding exclusive talks to agree a deal to acquire Global Radio's five Midlands stations: Heart 106, BRMB, Beacon, Mercia and Wyvern. The sale will allow Global Radio to acquire GCap Media without being referred to the Competition Commission by the Office of Fair Trading.
