Honda car parts are replaced by a tractor wheel, a flamingo and a space hopper; a soda siphon fills in for windscreen-wiper fluid; and the mustachioed stars of The Number's ads, 118 and 118, finish up on starting blocks and running machines.
Wonder how much it cost them to make this spoof? Probably nothing like the whopping cost of the rather excellent original.
WCRS filmed a 60-second and 90-second version of the spoof and the ad was written by Anson Harris and art directed by Per Kvalvaag. Direction was by JJ Keith at HLA.
Sadly, the spoof was been blocked from being aired by the car manufacturer. Shame.
