War Child
The charity War Child UK is challenging conversations around the mental health and wellbeing of children affected by war with a film that follows a small robot struggling to fit into everyday life, bond with its mother and make friends.
Set to an upbeat soundtrack of Marina and the Diamonds’ I Am Not a Robot, the story concludes as a button is pushed on the robot’s suit and its metal armour falls away, revealing a child called Roberta who has survived traumatic experiences. It was created by Raw London and directed by Thomas Paul Martin.
