Start-up fulfilment company m-box has snapped up Duncan Lennard, former vice-president of logistics at snack food provider Walkers, to be its operations director.
Lennard, who said his move was amicable for both parties, will oversee projects for fulfilment partners such as Parcel Force and Express Dairies.
'By joining m-box, I've got the chance to create something new, especially as consumers feel that home shopping is not delivering the services they expect,' said Duncan.
Established since June, m-box links businesses, high-street retailers and manufacturers with using the web.
