Walkers ties with Nestle to release Branston flavour

Walkers has teamed up with Nestle to launch Cheese & Branston

Pickle flavour crisps, the latest variant in its limited edition Great

British Flavour range.



Walkers has already teamed up with Heinz and Unilever to produce Heinz

Tomato Ketchup flavour and Marmite flavour crisps as part of the

range.



The logos of the three brands will appear on the front of the limited

edition crisp packets, alongside the Walkers logo.



The promotion will be supported by a national marketing programme,

including a television ad campaign through Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO

using Walkers frontman Gary Lineker.



The range will appear in stores from February 26. Each flavour will be

available in standard bags and a variety six-pack with two of each

choice.



Denise Barrett, Walkers Crisps brand manager, said there was a natural

fit between Walkers and the other three products.
