Walkers promotes competition

Walkers is promoting a competition to win one of 150 Ford cars with another execution in its Gary Lineker advertising campaign. The work shows Lineker and former England cricket captain David Gower huddled in a tent in the South Pole, with only a packet of Walkers crisps to keep them alive. A hungry Lineker, keen to eat all the crisps himself, battles with his conscience, played by Terry Venables and Sir Bobby Robson as the devil and an angel respectively. Waking to find nothing left but a blue sachet, Gower has the last laugh as he drives off in a Ford Focus, leaving Lineker behind. Creative is by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, with media handled by OMD UK.
