Volvo "The unseen ocean" by Grey London

A London teacher helps his students fall in love with the ocean in Volvo's latest film for Sky Atlantic.

The story focuses on primary school teacher Tom Franklin, who also runs City Kids Surfing, a programme that teaches children to swim and surf while educating them about the environment. Tom and his pupils travel from south London to the Cornish coast, where the kids splash in the ocean’s waves for the first time in their lives. They also learn a valuable lesson about fragility while they collect plastic waste that has washed up on the beach. The campaign supports Volvo Cars’ sustainability programme. It was created by Andy Lockley at Grey London and directed by D.A.R.Y.L through Pulse.
