The mail pack includes copy, illustrations and photographs showing the new interior and exterior features that have been added to the car.
The drive -- through EHS Brann Cirencester -- also includes details of Volvo's money-saving offer called the Wallet Impact Protection System. The offer gives customers the option of receiving 拢1,000 cashback or a luxury leather interior if they make their purchase before March 31.
The mailing is being sent out in three bursts. The first, which goes out this week, goes to 40,000 existing Volvo S40 and V40 owners. The second wave, which will launch later this month, goes to 20,000 customers who have responded to previous mailings.
The last execution to a cold list comprising young professional families and the grey market rolls out in August.
Recipients will be encouraged to respond to the mailing by a competition to win a Volvo of their choice to the value of 拢30,000.
