Volvo cuts global creative review to four agencies

NEW YORK - Volvo has reduced the shortlist for its $150m (拢76.4m) global advertising review to four agencies.

The agencies shortlisted by the Ford -owned automotive giant are Publicis Groupe's Fallon, Havas' Arnold, which is pitching alongside independent agency Nitro, 180 and the main incumbent, the Havas-owned Euro RSCG.

The shortlist means that three agencies have been cut including WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather, StrawberryFrog and one other, after Volvo executives visited European and US offices of seven contenders.
