
A 20-second animated ad will be screened on 16 JC Decaux Transvision screens in 15 nationwide stations this week until Saturday 5 November.
Vogue is also promoting its iPad app in films posted on Vogue.com and on YouTube.
The £2.99 app digitally replicates the entire issue's print ads and features slideshows and films from designers including Tom Ford and Armani.
Stephen Quinn, publishing director of Vogue, said: "Our apps to date have been well received, and the December issue is particularly engaging.
"This extra dimension for the fashion bible offers a powerful additional route for our advertisers to engage with the consumer."
Vogue's first iPad edition was launched in December 2010. The second issue was released in June.
