The 24-hour streamed news channel will deliver worldwide and local news every 15 minutes, along with sport, business and entertainment news.
The weather channel, produced alongside the Met Office, will provide weather information from nine UK regions and also provides five day forecasts and holiday weather.
The channels build on ITN's established arrangement with Vodafone to provide regular bulletins, entertainment news and soap updates.
ITN said the channels were designed for people with little time to tune in when on the move.
Nicholas Wheeler, managing director of ITN Multimedia, added: 'We have had a great long term partnership with Vodafone UK so we are very excited to get our made-for-mobile channels on with them.
"We are convinced moving images on the move are going to be increasingly popular and we have a great range of content to offer."
The new channels are an addition to ITN's existing services on Vodafone, which include news, entertainment and soap updates.
