LONDON - Scoot.com has announced that Frank Boulben, a representative of Vivendi Universal, has resigned from the board of directors.
His departure came after last week's news that Vivendi had withdrawn from talks about a possible takeover of Scoot.
Vivendi owns 22.4% of Scoot.com and a 50% stake in Scoot Europe.
