Vista has appointed Michael Mahony as chair of the new advisory board, along with Graham Lindsay and Kevin Walsh.

Mahony was a founding partner of The Berkeley Partnership LLP, after working for Accenture, Chase Manhattan and Scicon and has a history of managerial and advisory roles across sectors.

Lindsay, currently group director of Responsible Business at Lloyds Banking Group, brings nearly 40 years of business experience after having worked at all levels and sectors across the banking group.

Walsh has more than 30 years’ experience in senior financial management roles from within the financial sector.

The aim of the board is to provide support and guidance to the brand as a whole to ensure a business direction that will help Vista achieve its newly formulated five-year plan.

The advisory board will also be helping the agency to adopt the cultural principal of the business at the very top-level.

James Wilkins, managing director, Vista said: "The appointment of the advisory board is an integral part of the wider rebrand that the company has been undergoing for over a year now. Following the in-depth process that we went through to create the Vista offering and bring all of our services in line with what our clients wanted and how they perceived us the advisory board have contributed to the shaping of our comprehensive five-year plan.

"Equally, they will play a crucial role in helping us to achieve all of those goals outside of the day-to-day confines of the business. We are exceptionally lucky to have three talented, experienced individuals who contribute depths of knowledge and business acumen to us as a company and I am excited to see how this helps us mature and grow as we continue to move through this period of evolution and development."
