Virgin Radio launches biggest ever ad campaign

Virgin Radio is launching its biggest advertising campaign since the launch of the station ten years ago. It is spending £3m on an integrated campaign covering TV, outdoor, print and cinema with the first burst running throughout February and into March. The campaign features music and artists which define the station's unique music proposition, as well as promoting 'No Repeat Nine to Five' and the Pete and Geoff Breakfast Show . The TV and cinema ads will run nationally to highlight the range of music played on Virgin. The TV ad was created by US agency IQ TV, which specialises in radio advertising. Print and outdoor campaigns were created by Birmingham-based brand communication agency Talisman. Media is by Starcom Motive.
