Vincent Bollore unveils plans in exclusive ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 profile

LONDON - Vincent Bollore, Havas' chairman, revealed his intentions for Aegis, a desire to rebrand Euro RSCG and his admiration for WPP's Sir Martin Sorrell in an exclusive interview with ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 this week.

His comments came as he raised his stake in Aegis to 27.56%, intensifying speculation that he will bid for the media company.

The increase took him close to the 30% holding that would compel him to make an offer for Aegis, the parent of Carat, Vizeum and the market research specialist Synovate.

Insisting that his interest in Aegis remains strategic, Bollore confirmed that he would like to do a deal that would see Havas sharing Aegis with WPP. "Anything is possible. I would like to do something with Sorrell that's in our mutual interest," he said.
