What’s it got? The country house hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon has just completed the second phase of its £2.2m refurbishment programme. All public rooms including the Trevelyan Restaurant, bar, lounge and 11 function rooms have been redecorated and fitted with the latest technology. Last summer the Garden Wing bedrooms were redecorated and two new treatment rooms were added to the spa. The final phase of the programme will see the rest of the bedrooms refurbished by the beginning of the summer.
Anything else? The hotel was built as a family home in 1866, and bought by London, Midland and Scottish Railway for use as a hotel in 1929.
Preferred supplier list? Aura Creative, Rose Hamson Flowers and HotDog Presentations
