What’s it got? The centre has just reopened following a £5m transformation that has seen the latest AV systems installed and all the rooms updated. The 1,500sqm modular ballroom suite can now be turned into a total of nine individual rooms, with more than 20 different combinations, catering for any audience size from a small gathering of 20 people right up to a major event for 1,200. Each dividing panel has built-in sensors that tell a central computer the size of the room, adjusting the AC, sound and lighting accordingly. Five additional Syndicate Rooms have also been updated.
