Both brands will maintain their identity but be based at the Etherlive headquarters in Wiltshire.
"Having worked successfully together for a year and a half on a number of projects, the most logical step was to join forces and work as one," said Etherlive managing director Chris Green.
Venue IT was founded in 2004, and provides telecommunication to outdoor events held in the UK. It has worked with, Red Bull X Fighters, World Triathlon Games, and the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Ethelive, founded in 2007, provides IT support and infrastructure for events and has worked at Womad, the Green Man Festival and Silverstone.
