Kent was director of account management at DoubleClick, and has eight years experience in the media and technology sector, including managing the Excite account in the UK and Europe.
At ValueClick, she will lead the development of new account management processes for the company's technology and media divisions, looking at how it manages and grows client relationships.
"Clients are constantly looking for solutions that are easy to understand and are quickly implemented," said Kent.
Kent hopes to expand the number of European countries ValueClick operates in over the next year, and will be responsible for presenting the company's products to the top 20 advertisers.
