From April 16, the title's US edition will be available in the UK, alongside The Wall Street Journal Europe, which has a regional readership of nearly 220,000.
The launch is one of the first key moves made by News Corporation since it acquired Dow Jones last year for $5bn (£2.5bn).
The title's US edition will go on sale in central London on the morning of publication, giving local readers access to the newspaper several hours before it goes on sale in the US.
It will be available at around 250 newsagents in the City, the West End and Canary Wharf areas, as well as Heathrow and London City airports, for a cover price of £2.50.
The US edition will also be available to individual and corporate subscribers for early morning delivery in central London.
Michael Bergmeijer, Europe managing director of WSJ publisher Dow Jones Consumer Media Group, said the company believes a large number of "internationally-minded people" living and working in London would be attracted to the US edition.
