
Last month, United Business Media bought the award-winning Building magazine as part of its £79m acquisition of Aprovia UK.
This Caring Business will become part of United Advertising Publications, along with the titles Daltons Weekly and , which are about buying and selling small businesses, including those in the care sector.
The magazine is a glossy, tabloid, full-colour product, published 10 times a year. It is distributed to 21,000 managers working in the independent and public sectors of the care homes market. It focuses on news, businesses and political issues, as well as features on running a successful care home.
United Business Media said in a statement that key editorial staff including editor Vivien Shepherd and founder Michael Monk, who launched the title in 1985, will stay.
