Unique will be tasked with launching Mark Warner's seasonal sales push in its key sales period up to March.
For the rest of the year, online marketing and acquisition will be the main focus, with Unique using a mix of pay-per-click search, pay-per-call and media buying to drive sales through Mark Warner's recently revamped website.
David Hopkins, managing director at Mark Warner, said: "The Unique team demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for our business and we are now very keen to see if they can deliver a quantified return on investment for us."
Founded in 1974, Mark Warner offers ski and beach holidays to more than 50,000 UK holidaymakers each year.
