
According to the broadcaster’s latest results, its consolidated Soci also reached an "all-time high" for the first half of the year at 9.74%.
In the first six months of the year UKTV also grew ad impacts by 7.6% year on year.
In another first, audience share, including non-commercial TV, was up 7.6% compared with 5.58% during the first half of last year.
UKTV recorded a peak of 7.64% for its overnight daily share on Easter Sunday. The broadcaster reported its lead ahead of Channel 5 and Sky in April.
