The fully funded 10 by 30-minute  series, Simon Rimmer's Dinners, will air exclusively on UKTV's Good Food channel daily at 9pm from 12 October.

The ad-funded deal was brokered by UKTV head of commercial partnerships Sally Quick, alongside MediaVest's sponsorship division and Jennie Koester, senior brand manager, Philadelphia, Kraft Foods.

In addition, the partnership incorporates a competition through which Rimmer will cook a three-course dinner for one winner in their own home; online sponsorship at goodfoodchannel.co.uk; on-pack support and national press activity.

Philadelphia will sponsor all editorial content associated with Simon Rimmer's Dinners at the website, including features and relevant recipes; four e-newsletters to Good Food subscribers; plus online advertising.

Good Food will receive branding on five million Philadelphia packs, be an integral part of a comprehensive advertorial campaign to support the series premiere and deliver the nationwide cooking competition.

Good Food replaced UKTV Food on 22 June as part of UKTV's rebrand of its entire channel portfolio, which led to the launch of channels such as Dave and Alibi in place of UKTV G2 and UKTV Drama respectively.
