UBC Media joins Big Quit campaign

UBC Media has been appointed by the Department Of Health to supply promotional activity for a radio campaign for a smoke-free Britain.

The Big Quit campaign is being managed by the COI with a view to preventing the uptake of smoking, reducing the number of smokers and reducing exposure to second-hand smoke.

Radio advertising will be aired across the network of stations served by UBC, which is the largest supplier of network programming to commercial radio, from September until November.

DJs will support and reward listeners who quit smoking and endorse the range of NHS support available.

The radio content will form part of an integrated campaign that includes a wide variety of advertising, PR, direct and digital and partnership marketing.
