The two household names will be joined by numerous stars of film and TV for the Showmasters-organised event, which takes place from 17-18 July.
Tyson, who featured in hit comedy The Hangover, will sign autographs and take part in a photo session between 11am and 3pm on 18 July, while Shatner will make an appearance on both days and is planning to do a talk on 18 July.
Visitors will be able to mingle with more than 50 stars from the likes of Twilight, Star Wars and Doctor Who, take part in free talks and shop for movie memorabilia.
Other attractions will include an Anime Zone featuring voice and comic artists, writers, a Gaming Zone and costume masquerade.
