Searle and Findlay have both held positions at Banks Sadlers before, with Searle now supporting the sales team in the London office, and Findley will be based in Paris.
The appointments are part of a staff expansion at Banks Sadler with new sales roles created in Germany and France. Christine Estrabeau is now country director in France, and Maren Koncet is sales manager in Dusseldorf.
Operations director Karen Rice and group sales director Julie Norburn have also been promoted to the company board.
