Brown's role, which has been newly created, will see Brown develop and create non-match day conference and events business. She joins the team at Twickenham after an eight-year stint working for Hilton.
Brown said: "I’m delighted to be taking up this exciting role at such an iconic venue. I’m as passionate about conferences and events as I am about rugby so this really is a great opportunity for me and I shall relish the challenges and opportunities the new role will bring.
"It’s an exciting time for Twickenham stadium in the build up to the 2015 Rugby World Cup and I am proud to be bringing my skills and experience to the stadium’s purpose-built conference and events centre. "
Laura Mason has also been hired as event co-ordination manager, and Natalie Barrell-Hicks joins the company as event co-ordinator. Nadia Zakhari has taken on the role of sales executive.
The bolstering of the team comes four months after Samme Allen was appointed as head of conference and events sales in January.
Allen said: "It’s been a great start to the year and such an exciting time for the venue. We are delighted to be welcoming Emma on board along with all our other new recruits to the Twickenham team."
