Tsingtao and Secret Sessions have created a contest that will find two of the UK's next big music artists, and the winners will receive development services worth £10,000 to help propel their career to the next level, including their own live performance at London's Hospital Club.

Interested parties can enter from now until 13 March, and can apply via the Secret Sessions website. The Artist Accelerator programme aims to invest in undiscovered talent, with a particular emphasis at grassroots level.

Fans are able to vote for their favourite acts by tweeting the artist’s name to Secret Sessions' Twitter account, using the hashtag #TsingtaoSecretSessions. An industry panel will then choose one winning act to perform live at a Secret Sessions gig on 24 March. The winner will also receive a professional video shoot and artist story video, which will be released on the Secret Sessions channel.

The hunt for the second act will commence on 20 March, and will run until 3 April. The winner will perform their live gig at The Hospital Club on 22 April.

James Wright, brand manager at Tsingtao Beer, said: "We’re really excited to be working with Secret Sessions to find new music talent in the UK – they’ve worked with big names including Bastille, The Lumineers and Stereophonics - we’re expecting a high rate of entries and looking forward to uncovering the next wave of music talent in the UK."

Harriet Jordan-Wrench, founder of Secret Sessions, said: "With the immense volume of daily music downloads in the UK, it’s important we recognise those who create the content. We’re really glad Tsingtao can help us nurture some of the new talent so we can support them early in their careers when they need it most."
