Bob Goodridge has been appointed to the role of operations manager, and his focus is on delivering events for the agency's BMW and Nissan clients.
Dan Bramham, who formerly held the position of event producer at Production Bureau, joins the agency as project manager, a role that sees him work with brands including Vauxhall and British Airways.
Lucia Turner has been appointed to the role of project executive with a focus on BMW, and the agency has selected Helen Feighan as an account executive for the automotive brand.
Feighan is a recent graduate from Kingston university, where she completed a Masters dissertation on experiential marketing and the human senses. Feighan interviewed a total of 10 agencies as part of her research, including TRO.
TRO School of Experience
In a move designed to drive 'roots', a term used to describe TRO’s internal culture, the agency’s group talent director, Nicky Morgan has developed the TRO School of Experience, which is to take place for the first time in December.
The initiative has been designed with three key goals in mind: to help TRO develop a consistent executive role and standard across the business, to encourage camaraderie across the agency's different UK offices, and to help staff members identify future talent.
Employees will take part in theoretical and practical tasks, with the focus being on experiential.
The sessions will initially be provided for 25 executives from across the business, however the agency has plans to eventually roll the concept out to managers and potentially even directors.
Morgan told Event: "It’s an exciting end to the year as we continue to grow our team of talented individuals across our sites. Training and development is something that I am personally very passionate about and I’m delighted to be driving the new School of Experience initiative forward with the class of 2015 executives. Rest assured there will be a suitably experiential spin to the programme that they will be experiencing."
