The newspaper publisher is launching the Goal Rush game in conjunction with betting and gaming group Sportech, which provides betting and gaming services to more than 1.7m customers through Littlewoods Gaming.
The game will be promoted using the existing pools customer base and Trinity Mirror鈥檚 papers and websites, including the Daily Mirror, the Sunday Mirror, The People and the Racing Post.
Consumers will be able to play the game at Worldcupgames.com and Mirror.co.uk/goalrush.
Trinity Mirror is the exclusive cross-media partner for the game, which is the first significant new product addition to Sportech鈥檚 portfolio of football pools games in more than 50 years.
