BMP interAction co-founder and joint managing director Jason Goodman has been promoted to European president and chief operating officer of DDB's newly named digital network Tribal.
The new board at the UK agency - rebadged Tribal DDB London last week - is headed by Chris Rayner, managing director and acting media director for Europe, who was previously joint managing director.
Alison Swaby, general manager, and Mat Morrison, head of strategy, will sit alongside Rayner as associate directors.
Swaby's appointment to the board is a promotion from her previous post as head of account management, a position that has now been filled by former account director Lee Wright.
Tribal DDB London has hired Melanie Mason from Saatchi & Saatchi as Wright's replacement.
The agency's alignment with the rest of DDB's global digital network coincides with a pan-European client win that will be announced next month, said Swaby.
