The database is supplied by the IMA Home Mover System, which collects the information from street surveys of the "for sale" and "sold" boards on residential properties across major towns and cities across the UK.
The Home Mover list is in two parts -- the pre-mover and post-mover lists. The pre-mover lists is available for 拢300 per thousand names and the post-move list is priced at 拢250 per thousand names.
The file has been screened and cleaned against the Bereavement Register and the Gone Away Supression file, as well as being MPS cleaned every 90 days.
