The offer can be redeemed at any Travelodge hotel in the UK over the Royal Wedding weekend, 28-31 April.
The package includes a room with a king-size bed, TV and radio facilities and mood lighting, with a complimentary breakfast, dinner, and bottle of Champagne, with a late checkout time.
Couples must register with Travelodge and supply proof of marriage in order to qualify for the offer. Consumers can then choose from any Travelodge hotel, including any of the Grade II listed properties in London, Bath and Bristol.
Shakila Ahmed, Travelodge spokeswoman, said: "The Royal Wedding is the event of 2011. It's history in the making. Therefore, to celebrate this auspicious occasion, we thought it was quite fitting to offer British couples called William and Kate an opportunity to recapture some of the magic from their special day, with a complementary honeymoon package."
