Now has consolidated its creative leadership team with the promotion of Steve Paskin and Dave Towers to the board of the agency, as both become shareholders in the business. ()

Razorfish, the Publicis Groupe-owned digital agency, has hired James Buchanan to the newly-created role of strategy director. ()

M&C Saatchi's chief executive, Camilla Harrisson, is leaving to become chief executive and a partner at Anomaly London. ()

Mindshare UK has promoted Sarah Sutton and Chris Cardew to the role of joint heads of strategy. ()

Adam Lawrenson, the creative director on the Bafta -winning ‘D-Day: As It Happens’, has joined Albion as a creative director from Digit, where he held the same role. Albion has also promoted Debs Gerrard to creative director. She was previously the associate creative director. ()

Saatchi & Saatchi London has hired Adam Collins, the former brand communications director at Nike UK, and Mother's Will Nicholls, as managing partners. ()

Marketing

Mondelez has promoted Mary Barnard to the position of president, Northern Europe, where she will be responsible for Mondelez in the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. ()

Media

Piers Morgan, formerly of CNN and Trinity Mirror, has been appointed editor-at-large of MailOnline's US operation. (C)

Stewart Easterbrook, the former chief executive of Starcom MediaVest Group, has joined programmatic specialist Media iQ as a strategic adviser. ()

Condé Nast, publisher of Vogue, Glamour and GQ, has made four key hires to its central digital team. Rich Taylor has been appointed head of technology and development, Tim Alexander has been appointed head of project management, and Geoff Richards joins as head of data, analytics and insight. Dan Powell-Rees joins as head of commercial operations. ()
