Ogilvy & Mather Paris has appointed Baptiste Clinet as executive creative director. He replaces Chris Garbutt, who was promoted to chief creative officer of Ogilvy & Mather East and relocated to New York.  ()

Vizeum has hired the MediaCom managing partner Jem Lloyd-Williams to the newly created role of executive director, product. ()

Andy Jonesco, the EMEA chief executive of Kinetic, has left the WPP outdoor agency with immediate effect. ()

PHD has appointed Michael Florence, the creative director at Manning Gottlieb OMD, as its head of planning, replacing David Wilding. ()

VCCP has hired Rob Bartlett, a business partner at OgilvyOne, to run its O2 account. ()

Leo Burnett London has poached the creative team Matt Collier and Wayne Robinson from DDB Chicago. ()
