Virgin Holidays marketing director Andrew Shelton is to leave the brand after eight years in the role, to pursue "new opportunities" in the travel sector and further afield. ()

Janine Gibson, the launch editor of Guardian US, is returning to the UK this summer to become deputy editor of The Guardian and editor-in-chief of theguardian.com. ()

Vodafone UK has hired Paddy Toyne-Sewell to head up its external comms in a role expanded to cover social media and corporate responsibility. ()

Oxfam GB has recruited Save The Children UK's Jack Lundie to lead a newly slimmed-down comms operation. ()

Lansons has snapped up Santander social media specialist Russell Graham to lead its digital practice. ()

Dan Timms, the former head of government Olympic communications who joined Portland Communications last January, has moved across the Atlantic to Canada. ()

Former Department for Culture, Media and Sport special adviser Victoria O'Byrne is leaving the body responsible for the Olympic Park to join Richard Branson's Virgin Group as director of corporate affairs next month. ()

Delroy Corinaldi, who left free consumer debt advice charity StepChange last year, has resurfaced as head of public affairs at controversial payday lender Wonga. ()

Martin Frizell is returning to broadcast media as editor of ITV's 'Loose Women' show after 18 months with GolinHarris. ()
