DraftFCB is overhauling its global structure and has hired Sebastien Desclée, the former chief executive of Publicis Belgium and sister agency Duval Guillaume Modem, as the president of a new DraftFCB International division. ()

Starcom MediaVest Group has promoted its head of SEO, Andrea Brown, to managing director of its content arm LiquidThread in London. ()

Ogilvy & Mather London has appointed André Laurentino, currently TBWA/London's global creative director for McDonald's, as its global executive creative director for Unilever, including Dove and Hellmann's. ()

MediaCom has hired Ben Phillips, the commercial director from mobile ad platform Adloqi, as its first global head of mobile. ()

Marc Nohr, chief executive of Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, is leaving the agency he co-founded 12 years ago to take up a senior marketing role at global workplace provider Regus. ()

Danielle Crook, the Starbucks vice-president of marketing, category and brand integration, EMEA, is leaving the company to relocate to the US. ()

Will Harris, the former Nokia, O2 and Conservative Party marketer, is joining PR agency Mission in a bid to marry up the "rigour of advertising with the responsiveness of PR". ()

Sotheby's has appointed MasterCard's top global marketer Alfredo Gangotena to the position of chief marketing officer. ()

AkzoNobel, manufacturer of Dulux paint, has appointed Matt Pullen to the position of UK and Ireland marketing and sales unit director for decorative paints. (Marketing)

Julie France, managing director of out-of-home specialist JCDecaux Airport, is leaving the company after seven years, to be replaced by sales director Alan Sullivan. ()

Ketchum's healthcare division has been hit by a double blow with the resignation of its global head Amanda Sefton and a slew of UK job cuts. ()

Public affairs agency Westbourne Communications has hired John Higginson, the political editor of national free newspaper Metro, as head of communications. ()

GolinHarris has hired former Mischief creative director Zac Schwarz as executive creative director and is set to make a second ECD appointment in the New Year. ()

Online, catalogue and stores clothing retailer N Brown Group has hired Debenhams director of PR Ed Watson as director of global communications. ()

Global comms agency Way to Blue has announced a management restructure which sees Marc Berry Reid promoted to chief operating officer and Daniel Heale promoted to chief client officer. ()

 Hill+Knowlton Strategies UK has expanded the responsibilities of Ian Withington to group managing director adding to his responsibilities as managing director of the agency's food and drink team, and adding retail and leisure to his brief. ()

Public affairs agency Interel has announced the appointment of Grégoire Poisson as managing partner of its 40-strong EU team. ()
