Jaguar Land Rover has appointed its director of group sales operations, Phil Popham, to the new role of group marketing director, while Adrian Hallmark has become the group strategy director. ()

Hearst Magazines International has appointed Arnaud de Puyfontaine as managing director, Western Europe of Hearst Magazines International. The role is in addition to his responsibilities as chief executive of Hearst Magazines UK and executive vice-president of Hearst Magazines International. ()

The CIPR has appointed the chief executive of the Landscape Institute, Alastair McCapra, to succeed Jane Wilson as chief executive. ()

Disability charity Scope has hired Mark Atkinson as its director of comms and marketing. ()

Rob Blackie, the EMEA managing director of Labour's agency Blue State Digital, is understood to have left the agency after resigning earlier this month. ()

Ben Verinder is leaving his role as comms head at the Association of Colleges. He will leave midway through next month to dedicate himself full-time to Chalkstream Communications, which he set up in 2012. ()

Epsom, Sutton and St Helier hospitals has appointed Rachel Royall as director of communications and corporate affairs. ()

MHP has poached H+K Strategies' John Gisborne to lead its new global health practice. ()

Travel agents association ABTA has promoted Stephen D'Alfonso to replace its head of public affairs Luke Pollard, who has been selected as a Labour candidate. ()
